Location: Barnstaple, Torquay, Taunton, Exeter, Plymouth, St Austell, Truro, Penzance, Holsworthy, Canterbury, Chatham, Ashford, & Tunbridge Wells

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (40 hours), Hybrid working

Salary: £39,500

Who can apply: Band 5 Staff Nurse, Practice Nurses, Bank Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Paramedics.

Training and Support: 7-week home-based training with ongoing support, followed by hybrid working pattern.

Main Duties:

• Conduct consultations with individuals claiming PIP benefits, via phone or face-to-face, with organized appointments and no admin burden.
• Assess individuals with complex physical, mental health, cognitive, and sensory impairments.
• Perform comprehensive functional medical assessments.
• Write and submit reports using specialized IT systems.

Requirements:

• Full HCPC/NMC registration
• Report writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• At least 1 year post-qualification experience
