Overview:

Compass Associates is delighted to be partnering with a leading health and life insurance provider known for its preventative and wellbeing-focused approach, in their search for dedicated Nurses or Pharmacists to become Clinical Case Managers for the Complex Care team.

Due to growth sustained growth, there are four brand-new Case Manager vacancies available. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, values-driven business recently recognised as one of the Top 10 Best Places to Work.

You will be part of the Complex Care team, supporting clients with serious long-term health conditions – primarily adults with oncology needs, and occasionally those with cardiac or neurological complexities. As a Case Manager, you will provide a world-class standard of customer service through highly proactive claims and care pathway management. All client contact is remote, with no clinical care delivery required.

Location:

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days working from home and 2 flexible office-based days at your choice of Central London (Covent Garden) or Bournemouth sites.

Working Pattern:

Mon to Fri, 9am – 5pm, 35 hours per week

• Must have be a NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RCN, RSCN etc) or GMC Registered Pharmacist
• Experience working with clients (adults or children) who have backgrounds of complex long-term conditions including oncology / cancer, neurology (catastrophic brain and/or spinal cord injuries etc.,) and cardiac ailments, to name a few.

Salary and Benefits:

The Clinical Case Manager vacancies are paying from £39,000 to £46,000 per annum dependent on experience, as well as an industry-leading benefits package, including:
