Compass Associates is proud to be working with a well-established case management business, to recruit new Case Managers in the North West, on either an Employed or Associate basis (both full and part time hours will be considered).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation, as they expand their case management team due to an increase in client referrals and securing long-term contracts with major trauma centres and legal firms. Experience working as a Clinical Case Manager within the medico-legal sector is essential, as you must be familiar with litigation proceedings, conducting INAs, court reports and writing letters to legal teams. This is a home-based role which will require travel to visit clients, carry out assessments and meet with MDTs, colleagues and solicitors.

You will hold a caseload of clients who have complex needs and rehabilitation plans, due to backgrounds of catastrophic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, birth trauma and amputations.

Location

This is a home-based role where you’d manage your own diary and visit your clients in and around the North West. Candidates can be based in Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Cheshire, Chester, North Wales, Southport, Blackpool, Bolton, Stockport, Macclesfield, Oldham, Bury, Warrington, St Helens, Blackburn, Burnley and surrounding towns.

Interview Process

Informal phonecall with the Head of Business Operations followed by a more formal interview with the Operations Manager and Clinical Lead.
