Clinical Deputy Manager – St Margarets Care Home

Location: St Margarets Care Home, East Suffolk Road, Edinburgh, EH16 5PH

Contract: Full Time, 40 hours per week (shift work as and when required – weekends included)

Salary: £24.36 per hour (Equivalent to £45,668.80 per annum)

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll balance your time between delivering hands‑on care and overseeing the clinical governance of the home. Whether it’s auditing care plans, supporting with training, liaising with external professionals, or stepping in during emergencies, you’ll be a calm, confident presence always keeping residents’ wellbeing as your top priority.

You’ll also play a vital role in building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues alike creating a warm, open culture where people feel heard, respected, and supported.
