We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse RNLD to join a small residential setting in Bristol supporting two individuals with complex needs. This is a full-time, permanent role working on behalf of one of the UK's leading community complex care providers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all clinical aspects of care for service users in a residential setting.
- Support the Registered Manager and deputise when required.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of support workers.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
- Act as shift leader, ensuring safe staffing levels and quality care delivery.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Service Details
- 2 service users with complex needs:
- 1 service user with 4:1 care
- 1 service user with 2:1 care
- 1 Registered Manager
- Dedicated team of support workers providing 24/7 care
Requirements
- RNLD qualification with valid NMC registration.
- Previous experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse RNLD or Deputy Manager in a residential care setting.
- Strong leadership, clinical, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high care standards.
Benefits
- £50,000-£55,000 per annum
- Company car or £350 monthly car allowance
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with no shift work
