Our client, a respected provider of complex care for adults and children in South West London, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team. This full-time role offers a perfect blend of community engagement and flexibility with hybrid working options.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse RNLD to join a small residential setting in Bristol supporting two individuals with complex needs. This is a full-time, permanent role working on behalf of one of the UK's leading community complex care providers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all clinical aspects of care for service users in a residential setting.
  • Support the Registered Manager and deputise when required.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of support workers.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
  • Act as shift leader, ensuring safe staffing levels and quality care delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Service Details

  • 2 service users with complex needs:
    • 1 service user with 4:1 care
    • 1 service user with 2:1 care
  • 1 Registered Manager
  • Dedicated team of support workers providing 24/7 care

Requirements

  • RNLD qualification with valid NMC registration.
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse RNLD or Deputy Manager in a residential care setting.
  • Strong leadership, clinical, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high care standards.

Benefits

  • £50,000-£55,000 per annum
  • Company car or £350 monthly car allowance
  • Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with no shift work
