Clinical Lead Nurse – Paragon Home Healthcare Role: Clinical Lead Nurse Location: Richmond Head Office & Client Homes Employment: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £45,000 per annum About the Role Provide professional nursing leadership and clinical expertise across our homecare services, supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries and complex needs to live independently at home. Lead on clinical training, supervision and quality assurance—ensuring all care delivery meets CQC, NMC, NICE, and Skills for Care standards. Work closely with the Director of Nursing & Clinical Governance and the clinical team to guide and mentor Care Managers and Care teams, validate clinical procedures, and maintain high safety and compassion standards. This role involves regular travel for client home supervisions and clinical training, and participation in an on‑call rota for evenings and weekends for one week every seven weeks. Key Responsibilities

Provide visible nursing leadership and clinical oversight across homecare services Develop, review, and validate clinical procedures and competency frameworks Deliver and assess advanced clinical skills training (e.g. tracheostomy, ventilation, enteral feeding) Lead audits, governance reviews, and clinical quality assurance Support safeguarding, medication governance, and infection control Conduct clinical supervisions and training visits in client homes Mentor and support Care Managers, Supervisors, and Registered Nurses Participate in the on‑call rota as part of the wider Clinical Team Deputise for the Director of Nursing when required in governance matters

About You You’re a confident and compassionate Registered Nurse (Adult) with a strong background in community or complex care. You thrive on ensuring high standards and empowering others through leadership and training.

NMC Registration (Adult) Significant post‑registration experience in community or complex care Proven ability to lead clinical training and supervision Strong understanding of CQC, NMC, NICE, and Safeguarding frameworks Excellent communication, mentorship, and organisational skills A full UK driving licence and confidence travelling to client homes A proactive, accountable, and team‑focused approach
