Join InHealth at a pivotal time in the expansion of our Lung Cancer Screening (LCS) services. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you’ll work closely with the Head of Nursing to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across our growing LCS programmes in the Midlands and North.

  • Lead and support the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality LCS services
  • Provide expert clinical oversight and act as a role model across sites
  • Coordinate training, education, and competency development for nursing teams
  • Support service development, research initiatives, and quality improvement
  • Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to meet national standards

What we’re looking for

  • NMC-registered nurse with strong respiratory or LCS experience
  • Proven leadership in clinical education and service delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage change, support teams, and drive continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly across multiple sites

Job responsibilities

Clinical Lead Nurse Lung Cancer Screening Programme

Location: Home-based with travel across the Midlands & North (Birmingham, Nottingham, Mansfield, Coventry, Tees Valley, East Lancashire + future sites)

Salary: £50,000 – £52,000 + Car Allowance/Company Car + InHealth Benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, with 1 weekend in every 5 (in line with business needs)

Experience: Lung Cancer Screening / Respiratory experience essential
