Overview

MediShout is a fast-growing, international healthtech startup transforming healthcare services by digitising workflows between hospitals and suppliers. Our app enables staff to report and resolve operational issues (e.g., faulty equipment, missing stock, estates problems), saving staff time, reducing cancelled procedures, and improving patient care. Our customers include some of the world’s largest hospital groups, medical device companies and facilities management providers.

We are hiring a Clinical Lead to be the clinical face of MediShout — leading relationships with senior stakeholders across NHS Trusts, private hospitals, medical device companies and healthcare partners. This commercial, high-impact role drives platform adoption by combining deep clinical insight with strong stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking, with a focus on scaling the platform while delivering clinical impact and operational successes. The role involves regular travel to hospitals across the UK and abroad.

  • Implementation Leadership & User Adoption: Lead deployment of MediShout’s platform in clinical and operational settings; collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and resolve issues; co-develop clear success criteria and KPIs with hospitals and device companies; seek opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Digital Transformation, Integration & Governance: Understand hospital workflows to deliver tailored digital solutions; identify opportunities to integrate with hospital software; engage with information governance, clinical safety standards, and security frameworks to enable safe adoption.
  • Commercial Growth, Industry Engagement & Strategic Development: Identify opportunities, collaborate on pipeline management, represent MediShout at conferences, and act as a credible clinical spokesperson when needed; gather market intelligence to inform product and go-to-market strategies.

  • Digital Transformation: At least 2 years delivering digital technologies in hospital settings; map user needs to workflows and technology solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build trust with multidisciplinary teams across NHS and private hospitals.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Comfortable influencing senior hospital leaders and non-clinical decision-makers.
  • Commercial Acumen & Communications: Able to articulate product value, tailor messaging, and deliver compelling demonstrations; strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Strategic Thinking & Travel Flexibility: Able to connect frontline insights to strategy; willing to travel weekly to hospitals in the UK and internationally.
