Clinical Negligence Solicitor (1-3 PQE) - Bristol
Chadwick Nott are instructed on a new opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly regarded Clinical Negligence team in their Bristol offices. You\'ll be handling your own caseload of claims, supporting senior lawyers on complex matters, and delivering exceptional client care to those affected by medical negligence.

This role suits someone with 1-3 years\' PQE and a genuine interest in high-quality, sensitive work. Expect a mix of autonomy and support, with clear development pathways and a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence claims
• Support senior lawyers on complex matters
• Deliver excellent client care to individuals affected by medical negligence

What you\'ll need

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales)
• 1-3 years\' experience in clinical negligence
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client care skills
• Confidence handling sensitive matters with empathy
• Solid understanding of litigation and CPR processes
