A well respected national law firm is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its expanding team. The Role

You will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence claims from initial instruction through to resolution, including:

  • Investigating potential claims and liaising with clients, experts, and counsel
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to experts and counsel
  • Managing pre-action and issued cases through all stages of litigation
  • Advising clients on liability, causation, and quantum issues
  • Working collaboratively with senior colleagues on complex, high-value matters

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE as a guide) with experience in clinical negligence
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • A proactive, organised, and professional approach
