Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

A fantastic opportunity to join a leading Legal 500 firm, nationally recognized for Clinical Negligence and Healthcare litigation. The firm is seeking a driven Solicitor to join its specialist Clinical Negligence team in Leeds. You’ll work alongside recognised experts on a wide range of complex and high‑value defendant Clinical Negligence and Health‑related claims. The team represents NHS Resolution, medical defence organisations, private healthcare providers and insurers. You’ll manage your own caseload while contributing to a supportive, collaborative team culture.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 0–5 years’ PQE
• Experience in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, Insurance Litigation or related areas
• Exposure to NHS Resolution or MDO work is desirable but not essential
• Strong technical ability and file management skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive, solution‑led approach
• Capable of handling both routine and complex cases
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Team‑focused, with an interest in mentoring junior colleagues
