Role Overview:

• Position: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
• Location: Liverpool (with the flexibility to work from home two days per week)
• Salary: Up to £58k, commensurate with experience and technical expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a wide variety of Clinical Negligence claims from instruction to completion
• Assist in the development of the Clinical Negligence department
• Train and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

• Over one year of PQE or up to six years of post-qualified Clinical Negligence experience
• Demonstrable experience in managing Clinical Negligence claims
• Ambitious and driven, with a keen interest in face-to-face client interaction
