The Role

• Work with senior lawyers on high‑value clinical negligence cases.
• Manage client communication and support with early case assessments.
• Draft pleadings, legal documents, and correspondence.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and court hearings.
• Play an active role in litigation, case preparation, and settlements.
• Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify) with 0–4 years PQE.
• Experience or strong interest in clinical negligence or serious injury work.
• Strong communication, organisation, and client care skills.
