This is a brilliant opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with at least 1 year’s PQE to join one of the country’s most respected firms. You’ll become part of a nationally recognised team, working alongside APIL, AvMA and Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel-accredited lawyers, with access to excellent training and progression routes.

Who we’re looking for

  • At least 1 year PQE or equivalent experience in Clinical Negligence
  • Recent experience handling a caseload of clinical negligence matters
  • Strong commercial awareness in a legal environment
  • Confident in mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
  • Excellent drafting, client care and time management skills
  • Flexible, proactive and committed to achieving great outcomes for clients

What you’ll be doing

  • Run your own caseload of clinical negligence cases
  • Support colleagues and junior team members, providing guidance and coaching where needed
  • Deliver proactive, commercial and client-focused case management
  • Record time effectively and contribute to meeting team financial and performance KPIs
  • Assist the Team Leader/Head of Department with wider team goals
  • Uphold the firm’s reputation for outstanding client care and results
