Job Description:

Medacy is looking to recruit clinical pharmacists to support practices whilst working from home.

This is a permanent opportunity; we are not seeking locum engagements.

Opportunities are available in SystmOne and Emis practices.

The role involves playing a full and active part as a member of the practice's multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Independent Prescriber Status
• At least three years of post-graduate experience
• Excellent clinical knowledge
• A commitment to continuous learning and development
• The confidence to work in a busy GP practice
• The ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Minimum hours: 15 hours per week

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Complete medication reviews
• Support care homes
• Serve as the primary contact for medication-related inquiries in the practice

Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
• Personal Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Commitment to CPD
• Clinical diploma is beneficial but not essential
