The Role: As a Clinical Practice Educator, youll play a vital role in developing the clinical skills and confidence of nurses and healthcare assistants who deliver complex paediatric care in home settings. This is a hybrid role, primarily based at the head office in South East London, with flexibility for remote working and regular travel across the South East to deliver impactful, hands-on training.

What Youll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging, in-person clinical skills training tailored to paediatric community care
• Creating and refining lesson plans, assessments, and competency frameworks
• Supporting a structured mandatory training programme across multiple locations
• Collaborating with Nurse Case Managers to ensure clinical excellence and safety
• Maintaining training environments and ensuring equipment is current and compliant
• Participating in the shared clinical on-call rota
  
  

• £50,000£60,000 annual salary (depending on experience)

• A qualified nurse (NMC registered) or experienced healthcare professional with a strong clinical background
• Previous experience as a Practice Educator, Clinical Trainer, or in a similar teaching/mentorship role
• Understanding of complex paediatric care, ideally including tracheostomy and ventilator support
• Confident communicator and inspiring trainer, with strong organisational skills
• A flexible, proactive mindset and the willingness to travel across the South East
