Time commitment: Full time preferred, 4 days per week minimum

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in our London office, 2 days from home. If this is not possible we can discuss alternative hybrid/remote working arrangements.

Reporting to: Dr Mark Jenkins, CEO, transitioning to Operations Manager for Clinical Quality

Paloma's mission is to make children's autism and ADHD assessments and care available on the NHS within 4 weeks of GP referral. We are making this happen by redesigning care pathways, building new software & AI tools, and training up a specialist clinical workforce.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate clinical psychologist, psychiatrist, paediatrician, speech and language therapist, nurse, or occupational therapist with substantial experience in delivering Neurodevelopmental Services and training of colleagues to lead our professional development programme for our team of Autism and ADHD assessors.

There are three core strands to our professional development programme:
You will set the professional development strategy, and line manage another one full-time equivalent (1-2 people) supporting these workstreams. With success in this role, you can progress to a 'senior manager' and then 'head of' role.

You will work closely with our VP Product & Operations, Head of Pathway Performance, Medical Director, Lead Clinical Psychologist for our Foundation Academy, and Quality Assurance Specialists to develop content and deliver professional development training to our team.
