ShaftesburyGroupUK is hiring for the role of Clinical Quality Lead (Home Based with National Travel).
Are you the Clinical Quality Lead we are looking for? Do you have the passion, talent, skills and experience that can improve the quality of care? We are seeking an experienced Nurse with knowledge and skills in Clinical governance and quality improvement to lead and develop our clinical governance framework across Shaftesbury services.
Responsibilities include leading, overseeing, evaluating and developing clinical practice; supporting the development and review of policies; leading clinical audits and clinical quality improvement plans; ensuring that NICE and other clinical guidance and alerts are distributed across the organisation.

Essential Experience Qualifications
- First level registration Adult Nurse (Registered with NMC – Nursing and Midwifery)
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- Evidence of revalidation and of continuous professional development
At least 4 years of clinical experience in clinical practice.
