Overview
About Bloom
Bloom is not a traditional coaching company. We’re reimagining what impactful, accessible coaching looks like in today’s workplace — combining human expertise with technology to make high-quality coaching available to everyone. Our unique coaching framework blends coaching and mentoring; we are not a purist platform. We are designed to help people not only reflect but take action. We work with organisations worldwide, supporting individuals from early-career talent to senior leaders.
The Opportunity
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Coach Growth Partner who shares our appetite for disruption and fresh thinking. A Coach Growth Partner plays a pivotal role in growing and enabling our coach community blending recruitment, onboarding, and supervision to ensure our network thrives.
You’ll help identify and attract brilliant coaches, onboard them to be client-ready, and provide progressive supervision that challenges and supports their ongoing development. Once part of our affiliate coach network, you’ll use Bloom’s tech-enabled quality systems to review flagged sessions, lead dynamic group supervisions, and help our coaches explore what it means to thrive in a model that blends coaching and mentoring. Most importantly, you’ll bring a future-facing technologically savvy perspective on what supervision can be not just upholding standards, but actively shaping the growth and readiness of our network.
