Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Co-founder and CTO located in the UK (part-time arrangement can be considered). You’ll:

• Lead development of our platform (built withReact & Django), taking over existing work and driving future builds.
• Own the tech stack, architecture, and roadmap as we scale.
• Collaborate with the founding team and other key stakeholders to shape product strategy.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in software development and architecture
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment
• Previous work experience in proptech, marketplaces, or early-stage startups is a plus
• Familiarity withAI tools(e.g. NLP and basic AI integrations) is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
