Co-Lead Global HR Partner (Part-Time)

Responsibilities
Manage stakeholders across functions and geographies related to all partner HR processes and matters, including Partners, Division Leaders, CEOs, local HR, Legal, Finance and the Board.
Support all partner recruiting processes, monitor progress vs. targets and manage external/internal relations to global executive search firms.
Manage and monitor the onboarding process of new partners, ensuring smooth integration and proper documentation.
Manage partner separations, ensuring compliance with policies and structured off-boarding.
Manage partner salaries, including bonus calculations and payroll communication.
Maintain and update global HR policies and process requests for parental leave, sabbaticals and part-time work for Board approval.
Oversee partner evaluation processes, including development and maintenance of the partner development framework, learning & development programmes, and performance improvement plans.
Maintain accurate partner HR data, ensuring employment records, contract changes and compensation details are properly managed.
Develop partner HR dashboards and reports for business leaders and the Board.
Co-lead and further develop the global partner HR team and optimise partner HR processes across the organisation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years as a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Operations Manager in an international organisation, with a strong track record of collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Extensive experience in HR execution across the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, off-boarding, contracts, compensation, evaluations, HR legal matters and compliance.
Experience in professional services (consulting, law, private equity, or similar) and a global matrix organisation.
Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and digital collaboration tools (MS 365); basic AI and advanced data-analysis skills for data management.
Ability to work confidently with senior executives, delivering high-touch, professional HR support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with partners.
Leadership skills that enable you to drive a high-performing HR team by setting strategic direction, ensuring role clarity and fostering a culture of accountability, excellence and collaboration.
Highly organised, detail-oriented with a service-oriented mindset: proactive, responsive, and solutions-driven.
Adaptable and agile, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex requests independently.
Fluent in English; other European languages desirable.
