Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days from home)

Department: Commercial UK & Ireland

Reports to: Commercial Pricing Director

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded Business Analyst with strong financial acumen and a keen eye for detail to join our growing team. Based in London, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting high-value bids and commercial opportunities across our soft services offering — including cleaning, catering, front-of-house, and security.

Working at the intersection of operations, finance, and business development, you’ll be instrumental in shaping pricing models and commercial strategies that drive contract wins, client retention, and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse bid documentation and commercial requirements to inform pricing strategy and solution design.
  • Build, own, and manage detailed financial models, including P&Ls, cost breakdowns, and cashflow forecasts.
  • Support the bid lifecycle from initial qualification through to post-submission negotiations.
  • Work closely with operational leads, procurement, HR, and legal to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure pricing accuracy.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in commercial models and present findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Apply top-down and bottom-up pricing techniques aligned with internal benchmarks and external market trends.
  • Prepare high-quality commercial summaries and support internal approvals through the commercial sign-off process.
  • Ensure smooth handover of commercial models and assumptions to mobilisation teams upon contract award.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or Pricing role — ideally within Facilities Management or outsourced services.
  • Strong analytical mindset and commercial awareness, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and shape business decisions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial models.
  • Understanding of FM operations and related cost drivers, including TUPE and wage legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to collaborate effectively across functions and influence key stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, bid-driven environment.
  • Experience working with both public and private sector clients is desirable.

Why Join Us?

  • Hybrid working model: 3 days in our London office (Canary Wharf), 2 days from home.
  • Be part of a respected, forward-thinking global organisation.
  • High visibility role with real impact on commercial success.
  • Supportive, fast-paced team environment with strong career progression potential.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
