We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join Marshmercial in our team in Leeds. This is a hybrid role that requires working three days per week in the office.

The role: Client Advisor

We are looking for a Client Advisor to join our Advisory team located in Leeds.

The Client Advisor will support Client/Account Executives in developing placement strategies for insurance renewals and managing mid-term changes to risk, contributing to the success of an established, market-leading insurance broker.

Responsibilities:

1. Support Marsh Client Executives in placement strategy for insurance renewals and handle mid-term changes to risk.
2. Request and review underwriting information on behalf of commercial clients and understand their requirements.
3. Prepare and submit accurate market presentations and slips in collaboration with the Client Executives and the Placement Team.
4. Utilise Marsh online trading systems to negotiate renewal terms with insurers.
5. Collaborate with Client Executives and Placement Teams to prepare client reports for renewals.
6. Produce and review insurer documentation and review indemnity and insurance clauses.

What you need to have:

1. Proven experience working with commercial insurance products.
2. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
3. Good understanding of clients’ businesses, their issues, insurance programmes, and service plans.
