We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Client Executive team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bristol. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.

We have a fantastic opportunity to lead a successful and growing team of Client Executives and manage a portfolio of corporate clients. This role is ideal for a client service and growth-focused insurance Executive with team leadership or management experience, or someone looking to progress into management.

Responsibilities include:

1. Mentor and manage a team of Client Executives to ensure best practices and excellent client retention.
2. Identify development goals and support learning and career progression for team members.
3. Manage a portfolio of large, complex, and/or multinational clients.
4. Support and encourage team sales activities to meet growth targets.
5. Build relationships with prospective clients through internal and external networks.
6. Lead and approve programme design activities.
7. Prepare budget proposals and negotiate fees.
8. Host client and insurer meetings with the broker and client handling teams.

Requirements:

1. Significant Property-Casualty insurance experience.
2. Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
3. Experience handling challenging situations and individuals.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Negotiation and influencing skills.
6. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred but not required qualifications:

• Cert CII qualified, working towards ACII.
