Our client, a leading multinational organisation, is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel / Commercial Lawyer to join their in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality commercial matters while continuing to develop your legal and commercial expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
  • Provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice across the organisation
  • Assess and balance legal risks with commercial and operational priorities
  • Collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

  • UK-qualified solicitor, ideally with 2+ years PQE*
  • Experienced in large-scale commercial contracts and negotiations
  • A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and confident operating autonomously
  • In-house experience is desirable, but strong private practice lawyers seeking their first in-house move are welcomed

*PQE is provided as a guideline. Candidates with more or fewer years of experience who can demonstrate the relevant skill set are encouraged to apply.
