The ideal person will come from a revenue/commercial/sales Director background (hence the advertised job title).

Location: 3 days a week in Thames Valley

Who We’re Looking For

This is a unique opportunity for a visionary, commercially driven leader with deep expertise in innovation, technology, and business strategy.

You’ll bring:

• Proven Leadership – Experience scaling a business from £40M to £100M+ or driving substantial commercial growth.
• Innovation & R&D Expertise – A track record of leading product development in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment. Ideally this will be from an established technology sector rather than Start-Up businesses/products.
• Strategic & Commercial Acumen – Strong P&L responsibility, market expansion experience, and the ability to future-proof a business. Experience with budgets of over £50million.
• Technology Sector Experience – Knowledge of the technology sector and how to grow these businesses with established products and paying customers.
• Stakeholder Management – Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with investors, customers, and global teams.
