Their dispute resolution team is thriving and now is an exciting time to join as they are in a period of significant growth.The RoleThe successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including:Commercial and property litigationBreach of contract claimsShareholder and director disputesContentious probateAsset and debt recoveryAlternative dispute resolutionYou'll work with a diverse client base from individuals and SMEs to larger corporates providing strategic advice and guiding them through complex, high-stakes disputes. You'll handle matters from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in mediations and court proceedings.RequirementsOur client are interested in speaking with confident, capable litigators with a commercial mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
