The Commercial Enablement team is a dynamic addition to the Commercial Operations Team, forming part of the new Vendor and Cloud Alliance structure. This team will oversee all sales activities with our top vendors, ensuring alignment with the Softcat vendor framework. Comprised of fun and engaging individuals, the team will excel at building strong relationships with sales and sales enablement teams to drive innovative and exciting sales initiatives from our vendors. The team will be responsible for delivering the most important messages and topics from our vendors to the sales team at the right time and in the most effective manner.

Leading the creation and execution of Sales Enablement
As the CommercialEnablement Executive, you will be supporting and executing strategic enablement plans with the Vendor Alliance Managers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally. This individual will be responsible for leading the creation and promotion of valuepropositions, developing best practices for vendor enablement, and executing sales enablement plans for top strategic vendors.
As a Commercial Enablement Executive, you'll beresponsible for:
- Executing planned activity in alignment with the Vendor framework
- Creating and delivering value proposition for dedicated vendors in collaboration withpartner marketing, sales enablement,alliances managers & SME's
- Building strong relationships internally and externally and be responsible for training and enablement peers at Vendors
- Executing sales enablement plans and facilitation of all training in linewith L&D programmes, GTMs & Sales enablement team
- Utilising sales enablement tools and adopting methods of delivering effective training
- Conducting review meetings of sales enablement and marketing plans & collaborate withCommercial Enablement Manager & Alliance Manager
We'd love you to have
- Experience in a customer centric environment is desirable
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Be proactive and ability to deal with multiple projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- An ability to think strategically
