Commercial Finance Business Partner UK and France

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to drive strategic financial decision-making and support commercial growth initiatives across the business. The successful candidate can be based in the UK (Sheffield) or France (Eauze).

This pivotal role will act as a key business partner to our commercial teams in the UK and France, providing financial insight, analysis, and guidance to optimise revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency. You will lead commercial forecasting, support effective pricing decisions and controls, commercial performance reporting, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.

You will be responsible for managing our UK Pricing Analyst and must have strong leadership and team management skills. English and French language skills are essential, and you must be flexible to travel between our UK and France sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embed robust commercial insights into the S&OP process to support informed decision-making and drive improved business performance.
  • Lead and continuously enhance the commercial budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Deliver strategic financial guidance and insights to Commercial, Product Management, and R&D teams.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Commercial and Country FP&A teams.
  • Produce and validate high-quality financial reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of core financial responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified or in final stages of a recognised Finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent.
  • Experience in a business partnering role, preferably within a manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Fluent in English and French language skills to a professional level.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with big data sets and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools, preferably OneStream / HFM and BI systems (Power Bi / Tableau).
