Job Description

We're looking for a collaborative and insightful Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team and support central function leaders with thoughtful financial guidance.

In this role, you'll lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning efforts that align with our broader business goals, while helping teams make confident, informed decisions. You'll bring clarity to complex financial data, turning it into meaningful insights for non-financial stakeholders, and play a key role in monitoring spend, headcount, and initiatives. With a strong focus on governance and cost control, you'll also help identify opportunities for efficiency and support ongoing optimisation programmes. Qualifications

We welcome your application to our Commercial Finance Business Partner vacancy if you have the following qualifications and skills:

• You're a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with solid post-qualification experience and a genuine interest in partnering with teams to make a difference
• You've worked in a business partnering role before, ideally supporting central or enabling functions, and enjoy being close to the action
• You bring strong analytical thinking and financial modelling skills, with a practical approach to solving problems
• You communicate with clarity and empathy, and know how to build trust and influence across all levels-including senior leadership
• You're confident challenging constructively and encouraging cost discipline, always with a focus on maintaining great service
• You're comfortable in Excel and familiar with financial models and planning tools that help turn numbers into meaningful insights

We offer a hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home, and our support office in Cheltenham. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office, with full flexibility around the days that work best for you, and the rest working from home. Our office is conveniently located opposite the racecourse entrance, and features a café on-site, free parking, and beautiful parkland surroundings.
