Interim Commercial Finance Project

Location: Central London with a WFH policy

Contract Type: 4 months initially. Outside of IR35

Consumer Additions has partnered with a high growth £50m+ turnover restaurant group.

This is a 4-month project to build a selection of commercial finance models and suits of reports across product, menu, labour, sites etc.

This is an outside of IR35 opportunity so you can be paid on a daily rate basis via your limited company.

• Recent experience working in multisite hospitality or leisure brands
• Extensive commercial finance experience
• Comfortable manipulating data from multiple sources

Responsibilities:

• Strategic finance partner to departments, providing clear financial insights and decision support
• Influence and challenge decision-making with data-driven insights
• Lead and enhance reporting of KPIs for operations and marketing
• Work closely with the Operations team to monitor restaurant performance
• Lead pricing, margin, and promotional analysis
