OverviewTMM are exclusively partnering with an energy business who are looking to appoint a dynamic finance professional with a passion for strategy, growth, and high-impact delivery.This key role requires a driven individual to join the team in a hybrid role spanning:Corporate finance and acquisitions - supporting deal analysis, valuations, and M&A execution.Commercial strategy - shaping financial models, assessing opportunities, and supporting business growth.Investor and stockbroker liaison - supporting investor relations, capital markets engagement, and regulatory presentations.Corporate presentations and marketing - craft compelling investor decks, board reports, and market-facing materials.The successful candidate will have:A background in energy, ideally within corporate finance, consulting, or strategic roles.Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen you will be a confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders.Experience in public markets, listed environments, or investor relations is a plus.Our client offers a collaborative environment where your work directly impacts our growth and market positioning.
