Commercial Insurance Executive

Location: Oxford

Employment Type: Full-time, hybrid working 2/3 split

We are seeking a driven, client-focused Commercial Insurance Executive to provide exceptional, end-to-end service to our SME clients. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working in a values-led environment, this role may be perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Be the primary advisor for SME clients, delivering proactive, first-class service
• Collaborate with broking and claims teams to manage quotes, renewals, and servicing using our end-to-end broking process
• Negotiate terms with insurers and ensure client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and introduce clients to our wider ecosystem of services
• Maintain your professional development through ongoing learning and CPD

Qualifications:

• Experience in the commercial insurance industry, preferably in an SME-focused role
• Strong knowledge of broking processes, FCA regulations, and client systems
• Confident communicator, team player, organized
• Cert CII qualification is desirable or willingness to obtain it
• Minimum 1 year commercial insurance experience
• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook
