This is a full-time, permanent role based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow, offering exposure to cutting-edge commercial, IP, IT and data protection work.The RoleDraft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including outsourcing, SaaS, licensing, collaboration and supply contractsAdvise on IT projects, software development and data protection complianceSupport clients on IP-related matters, including protection, licensing and technology transferWork with colleagues on national and international projects, gaining exposure to significant transactions and high-profile clientsBuild client relationships and contribute to business development initiativesAbout You3-7 years\' PQE with experience in commercial contracts; IP/IT/data protection experience is an advantageExcellent drafting skills and ability to deliver practical, commercial adviceConfident managing your own caseload and supporting on larger, complex dealsCollaborative, proactive and comfortable working directly with clientsWhy Apply?This role offers the chance to work on innovative technology and media matters for a diverse range of clients.
