Altomart Limited is seeking an experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join our team. This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting both our commercial operations and property portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Handling leases, tenancy at will agreements, licences and other property matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales).
• Pragmatic, business-focused approach with the confidence to work directly with stakeholders at all levels.
• In-house experience is helpful but not essential.
• Good knowledge of the UK commercial retail and residential property markets; strong commercial contract experience.
