We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded operator to lead our growth in the UK market. This role is perfect for someone who’s excited by the idea of disrupting a legacy industry - someone who gets energy from taking a bold, innovative solution to market, building meaningful relationships, and closing high-impact deals. You’ll need to be hands-on, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done, and confident navigating both existing client partnerships and new business opportunities. We’re growing quickly, and we want someone who sees that as a chance to grow with us- personally, professionally, and as a leader in the creative services space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow existing enterprise accounts in the UK market
- Convert a strong pipeline of opportunities into successful partnerships
- Proactively source and close new business, leveraging industry relationships and outbound efforts
- Collaborate with in-house creative teams and position PLAYE as a key partner in their workflow

- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for sales and relationship building
- A motivated self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and needs minimal supervision
