About the role

This is a great opportunity to undertake an absolutely key role within the UCL Estates team. As the Commercial Lettings Sales Manager you'll be the sales lead for UCL’s commercial accommodation portfolio, overseeing the end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting through negotiation, contracting, and operational handover.

You'll be responsible for driving a commercial sales strategy to meet ambitious income targets, and actively developing new business from external organisations, institutions, language schools, and summer groups. You'll use your networking and communiction skills to build long-term strategic partnerships to maximise commercial occupancy and revenue across UCL’s estate during vacation periods and beyond.

About you

To do this job you'll need proven e xperience within a sales leadership role within the Higher Education, Student Accommodation, Estate Agency or similar sectors. You'll have e xperience working in an operational sales role, delivering sales improvement projects and increasing sales, income and commercial return.

You'll also have the ability to work across a number of functions and navigate a sometimes complex landscape.
