Commercial Litigation Senior Associate / Legal Director Oculus Legal Group is seeking a Commercial Litigation Legal Director to join a highly regarded national team of ten based in Birmingham. About the Role The team advises on a broad range of complex, high-value commercial disputes, including:

Company and shareholder disputes, including breaches of share purchase agreements, derivative claims, and unfair prejudice petitions Contract disputes and other general commercial matters

You will take a lead role on significant cases, working closely with the head of department and acting as their number two within the team. Salary and Benefits
