OverviewA legal 500 listed law firm with offices based across Lancashire are seeking a Solicitor to join their highly regarded Legal 500 listed department.ResponsibilitiesManage your own caseload within Commercial Litigation.Handle complex matters across a wide range of work including contract disputes, shareholder & partnership disputes, insolvency matters, property disputes, boundary disputes and professional negligence.Supervise junior staff (you will be able to supervise 2 Paralegals and assist with their progression).Contribute to business development activities and help grow the department, including direct client contact.Team and Working ArrangementsYou will be joining a small team but one that still deals with complex legal matters. The team currently consists of two Solicitors, two Paralegals and support staff. The role offers progression opportunities within a supportive structure. The firm emphasises work/life balance and offers fully remote, hybrid, or office-based work arrangements with some travel to liaise with the Director and discuss plans for progression & growth.RequirementsIdeally you will have gained at least 2 years' PQE within Commercial Litigation and be comfortable managing your own caseload.Salary and BenefitsSalary will be based on your existing package and PQE level.
