THE ROLETake responsibility for a broad caseload of commercial litigation matters, including commercial disputes, asset and debt recovery, contested probate, and property disputes. Work with a diverse client base ranging from individuals and SMEs to larger corporations. Advise on risk management and strategy while guiding clients through complex and sensitive dispute resolution issues.
