This role sits within a highly acclaimed UK top 200 and Legal 500 leading firm 2025. We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join this award-winning dispute resolution team, and this role could sit across Sheffield, Leeds or York.

The Role

• The Commercial Litigation team is consistently recognised as 'Top Tier' by The Legal 500 and has developed an enviable local and national reputation for handling the largest and most complex commercial disputes.
• This role could sit within the broader based commercial litigation team, or the firm are also interested in those from a finance disputes background for their specialist finance and banking disputes team.
• You will work alongside highly regarded lawyers on sophisticated matters spanning the full spectrum of commercial litigation, gaining exposure to high-value, complex disputes whilst developing your technical skills and commercial acumen.
• Work in the finance dispute resolution sector includes defending repossessions, challenges to security and title defects. There is an impressive client roster that includes high-street banks, building societies, alternative, niche, and challenger lenders and receivers.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• NQ to 3 years PQE in Commercial Litigation and/or Finance and Banking disputes
• Strong technical ability and client care skills
• Commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
• Enthusiasm for business development and client relationship building

Desirable:

Demonstrable business development experience or interest
