Location: Warrington (Hybrid, 2–3 days on-site)

Contract: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Salary: £70,000–£75,000 + £5,000 car allowance + up to 20% bonus

We are looking for a Commercial Strategy Manager (24-month fixed-term contract) to join a purpose-driven, FTSE 100 business focused on delivering long-term value for our customers, environment, and communities. With a strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion, we empower our people to thrive.

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape commercial delivery models and ensure they align with strategic business transformation goals and long-term value creation.

What You'll Do:

Lead the design and implementation of commercial strategies aligned with business transformation
Use market intelligence to identify innovations and best practices
Deliver trusted strategic advice to senior stakeholders across the business
Champion supplier collaboration, total cost optimisation, and sustainable value
Embed ESG, innovation, and process improvement into commercial delivery
Drive alignment across cross-functional commercial initiatives and act as a key escalation point

What We’re Looking For:

Degree or professional qualification, or equivalent commercial experience
Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
Proven leadership in commercial environments or business transformation programmes, working closely with procurement
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
A continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative approach
