The Role
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our regional team working across Central London. This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a rapidly growing business in one of the most dynamic industries of modern times. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with new and existing restaurant partners in your area, improving our proposition for customers, and identifying ways to continue our fast growth. This role is ideal for an outgoing and commercial individual who enjoys building and maintaining relationships. The position involves business development, account management, and strategic planning, offering autonomous working in a fast-growing environment.
The Job
You will become the local expert for an area within Central London, learning our industry inside and out and representing Deliveroo locally.
- Account management for top partners, optimizing their performance on the platform for growth.
- Identify and onboard new and popular local restaurants to Deliveroo, setting them up for success.
- Enhance our customer offering through local insights, improving selection, optimizing restaurant operations, and collaborating on area strategy with a Regional Manager.
- Maximize marketing opportunities by encouraging restaurant participation.
- Develop expertise in account and relationship management.
- Build effective relationships and communicate persuasively.
- Apply strong commercial acumen with results and target orientation.
- Utilize high numerical skills to analyze data and identify improvement areas.
- Communicate recommendations clearly and champion partner needs.
- Work autonomously with good organization and time management skills.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with out-of-the-box thinking.
- Fluent in multiple languages (optional).
