  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with transport operators to ensure data quality and resolve discrepancies.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and audits of concessionary claims using Excel, Power BI, and smart travel data systems.

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of essential technical capabilities and desirable sector-specific knowledge to support the integrity and efficiency of our concessionary travel processes.

We'd love to hear from candidates with the following experience:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with external partners.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and documentation.
  • Experience conducting audits or reviews to identify risks or non-compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to present data visually using tools like Power BI.
  • Experience developing or improving business systems and processes.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting service or system changes affecting data flows.
  • Awareness of statutory frameworks underpinning concessionary travel.
  • Experience designing Power BI dashboards for reporting.
  • Understanding of fraud detection in data reporting environments.
