We'd love to hear from candidates with the following experience:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with external partners.

Desirable:
- Knowledge of concessionary travel schemes or public transport operations.
- Experience supporting service or system changes affecting data flows.
- Awareness of statutory frameworks underpinning concessionary travel.
- Experience designing Power BI dashboards for reporting.
- Understanding of fraud detection in data reporting environments.
