Commercial Operations Manager - EMEA

Corpay is currently looking to hire Commercial Operations Manager - EMEA within our Crossborder division and is in London, Moorgate. In this role, you will work closely with Sales leadership to improve the efficiency and performance of our new-business acquisition engine by optimising processes, tracking and managing key metrics, collaborating with stakeholders in adjacent departments, and helping to shape Sales strategy. You will report directly to the Sales Director - EMEA and regularly collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Legal and Commercial Leadership.

As Commercial Operations Manager - EMEA, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. The company will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
- Partnering with the Sales Director — EMEA and guiding Pod Leaders to operationalise key processes such as sales forecasting, pipeline management, performance management and reporting.
- Monitoring data and performance metrics for senior Sales teams to create benchmarks for sales effectiveness and drive commercial productivity and implementing process improvements where necessary.
- Partnering with the Sales Director — EMEA to function as approver and adjudicator on decisions across the Sales function, as required.
- Participating in the development and implementation of sales strategies for new products, verticals, and markets, and driving adoption of new products and Sales technologies.
- Representing Sales as the primary stakeholder for enhancements to internal systems or processes that impact on the team (for example, Salesforce, Compliance/onboarding and Legal).
- Working with Commercial Leadership to improve accountability in Sales team management.
- Collaborating with Marketing to produce compelling sales collateral, case studies and enablement materials.
- Partnering with Sales Enablement (North America) to ensure EMEA Sales have the tools they need while horizon-scanning for future opportunities.
- Providing mentorship to Sales team leaders and supporting them with business-as-usual (BAU) team-management challenges.
- Collaborating with the Chief of Staff — EMEA on ad hoc projects that support Sales and the wider Commercial team, including migration projects arising from acquisitions.
- Supporting Sales budget planning, as required.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or a similar role (preferred).
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across teams.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, including in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient with Office 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
