What You’ll Be Doing

As a Commercial Project Change Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the success of the M25—one of the UK’s most critical infrastructure networks. This is a role that combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and leadership, offering you the chance to drive meaningful outcomes and influence high-profile projects from concept to completion.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Whether it’s through value engineering, contract management, or collaborative problem-solving, your contribution will help keep the network moving.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading Buildability and Value Engineering reviews, identifying smart, efficient solutions

Managing project budgets, costs, and evaluating changes with commercial rigour

Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver successfully against time, cost, and quality targets

Applying your knowledge of civil engineering contracts to assess project requirements and present well-founded recommendations

Supporting tender processes and managing commercial reporting with clarity and consistency

Mentoring and developing others, while continuing your own professional growth

This is a hybrid role designed to fully maximize team collaboration on the project, we offer flexible working where you will typically be working from your base CPS office, Leatherhead, Dartford or South Mimms up to three days per week and two days from home.
