Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Farnham

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to head up a well-established law firm in Farnham due to growth.

The successful candidate will handle all forms of property matters, including instruction to post-completion, covering landlord & tenant work, development, real estate finance, sales, and acquisitions. You will also be responsible for supervising a small team.

Ideally, you will have at least 5 years PQE with previous experience in handling commercial property matters. Supervisory experience is preferred; however, if you have trained or mentored others, please do apply.
