Commercial Property Lawyer

We are looking for a skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join a well-established, multi-office legal team, based out of either Bath, Yeovil or Sherborne. It is a full-time position with a salary banding of £40,000 - £60,000 (DOE). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with access to specialists in planning, litigation, construction, and residential property.

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Leases and lease renewals
• Lease management
• Property finance
• Corporate transaction support
