Key Responsibilities

• Advise on and manage commercial property litigation matters from start to finish
• Support senior team members with complex and high-value disputes
• Handle lower-value claims independently
• Engage in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation
• Contribute to business development activities, client presentations and seminars

The Ideal Candidate

• NQ to 2 years’ PQE with strong commercial property litigation experience
• Solid understanding of litigation processes, the Court system, CPR and ADR methods
