Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and act on asset management and value enhancement opportunities.
- Oversee service charge budgeting and liaise with facilities management for multi-let assets.
- Support junior colleagues and contribute to the ongoing development of the team.
- Contribute to winning new instructions through tenders and presentations.
- Represent the wider business by cross-selling services where appropriate.
About You:
- Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards), with solid experience in commercial property management.
- Comfortable managing client relationships and resolving property issues proactively.
- Well-organised, commercially aware, and confident presenting to clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset.
- Tech-savvy, particularly in Microsoft Office; knowledge of property management systems a plus.
