Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and act on asset management and value enhancement opportunities.
• Oversee service charge budgeting and liaise with facilities management for multi-let assets.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to the ongoing development of the team.
• Contribute to winning new instructions through tenders and presentations.
• Represent the wider business by cross-selling services where appropriate.

About You:

• Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards), with solid experience in commercial property management.
• Comfortable managing client relationships and resolving property issues proactively.
• Well-organised, commercially aware, and confident presenting to clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset.
• Tech-savvy, particularly in Microsoft Office; knowledge of property management systems a plus.
